Making Operations Work (and Coffee Helps Too ☕)

 

Hi, I’m Lou, I help businesses run smoother, teams work better, and processes make sense. I’ve spent years building operations, HR, and People Ops functions from the ground up, streamlining workflows, and mentoring teams — all while keeping things practical and human.

 

I’ve worked across multiple industries, including education, IT, health care, mortgage services, retail and manufacturing.  My experience extends across startups, small–medium businesses, and well-established companies,  variously based in the US, Singapore, Australia and the Philippines. My roles have encompassed business operations, HR, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, leadership of on-site and offshore teams, management and/or coordination of day-to-day operations, office administration, events, and training. I like to think of it as making the complicated simple — and yes, usually fueled by coffee ☕.
